Preston and Shropshire

Here we have Joan and Ken from Preston and Mary and Brian from Owestry, Shropshire. Although they didn't come on holiday together, they made friends here and we saw quite a bit of them over their stay. From what I hear, Brian actually had to be unchained from the hotel reception desk on the last day....."I don't want to go!!!", he was heard screaming as he was dragged out!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! (Huge wink there!)

By the way Mary, sorry you have your eyes closed in the photo but the others came out blurred.

Talk about laughs!

What a great bunch of girls these are! What a laugh they had here on their holiday and I reckon they made a lot of others laugh too with their infectious good humour! All the best you lot! Remember the email for here is galeonbar2009@gmail.com.....hope to hear from you some time!

Fiona, Karen, Lyn and Teresa from Inverness.

Lyn by the way....how's it all going? :)

Coventry says "byee".

The rest of you gang were smashing too and it would be fun to see you all again on another holiday.

Workers and friends

Tom (my dear Magalluf son), was in today with some of his mates from Leicester. Be warned, Woo, Joe, Jimmy and Tom are at large in Magalluffffff! ARGH!

Grasshoppers!

Hahahaha, this is a truly awesome bunch of lads but *whisper*....what a bunch of wussies! No, seriously I have to admit it was funny thinking about it afterwards...

The lads came in for their last meal with us the night before they left and had a couple of surprises.... in the form of grasshoppers! The first one had been apparently flitting around them for some time when I suddenly heard a great scraping of chairs from outside on the terrace. Running out to see what was the matter, I find the lads all in a do because they think they've seen a roach! The roach turned out to be a grasshopper hehehe. Shortly after having rid the area of said offending bug, I was carrying out a hamburger with the bad luck that "PLOP!" another grasshopper appeared out of nowhere and landed smack on the side of the plate! HAHAHA! Again great consternation from the gang. Good job I was there to get rid of the poor little grasshoppers that were surely more terrified of Scott, Oliver, Connor, Joe S, Joe. M, Damien, Pat and Mark from E. London, than the lads were of them!

By the way lads, we got the pool table fixed! YAY!!!

Grasshoppers!

Swansea uni holiday

Four really lovely gals from Swansea who had so many breakfasts with us I lost count! Natalie, Leah, Sian and Sarah are all studying business at Swansea uni and, from here at the Galeon, we send our best wishes for them.

Their quote? "You'll never get this...!"

The Leeds lot

The lot from Leeds! Special photo dedicated to Alkis night in handcuffs. ;)

Group pic containing (lol) Mike, Paul, Curt and Danny as well as Alki again.
